Understanding cables

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). (SBU) Ingibjorg Davidsdottir, Acting Head of International Affairs 
at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, informed post on July 14 that 
Iceland will support U.S. candidates at the upcoming Universal 
Postal Union Congress.  Embassy Reykjavik was initially informed 
that Iceland was undecided on the candidates they would support at 
the UPU Congress (Ref B).
